Urbanika has partnered with Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery to open its second location at Brooks in 2019. Helmed by San Antonio Chef Jeff Balfour, Southerleigh brings a modern take on Texas’ cross-cultural cuisine. Influenced by the coastal classics of Chef Balfour’s upbringing in Galveston married with the comfort of southern cuisine, Southerleigh boasts a curated, seasonally shifting menu that reflects Chef Balfour’s innovative craftsmanship. Currently, Southerleigh at the Pearl houses a custom manufactured brewery designed by Portland Kettle Works, and brings brewing back to Pearl offering 21 different beers on tap. Southerleigh at Brooks will be located at the Historic 19th Hole bar of the former Brooks AFB Golf Course, now the award winning Greenline Park.
Levure bakery makes artisan breads, pastries, breakfast and lunch without using a prepared mixture of ingredients. All items are homemade from the most basic components. Levure is favorite amongst the locals and food critics. In fact, it became so popular that we had to open another location. We now have two: Tomball and The Woodlands.
